ice cold in alex, farewell to may…

Dear diablog,

I am indebted to cousin Philippa

for the following absolutely sensational and beautiful piece of information.
Whilst all at Glynsky Towers swelter in the heat wave consider,

This came from a Rig Manager for Global Marine drilling in St. Johns , Newfoundland … They actually have to divert the path of these things away from the rig by towing them with ships! Anyway, in this particular case the water was calm and the sun was almost directly overhead so the diver was able to get into the water to¬†get this picture. They estimated the weight at 300,000,000 tons.

Yours, diablog, in awe of nature

  1. Considering the air temperature in my room I would quite happy strip down and give that iceberg a hug, regardless of the pain when I try and pull myself off.

  2. The people in the UK make me laugh and this was confirmed by my visit to Aberdeen last weekend and recent comments from Glynsky and Alex about the temperature in their house/room. A few days of over 20 degrees and it is a heat wave and the News reports that it is hotter in UK than Spain or another South European Country.
Hey guys, come with me now to Delhi
to experience 45 degrees or to Mumbai to experience really hot and humid conditions.
At least you can go outside and experience the women without tights and corned beef legs.

  3. Why would any sane person wish to go to Delhi – and with you?
Your last sentance gives a very concerning glimpse of your sexual proclivities. Both worrying and banned on diablog.

  4. Fortunately I do not spend so much in time in the UK as I prefer slim European ladies with long slim legs.
