Back To The Future

Firstly let me introduce you to the Robot in the photo above.
The lady in the centreĀ  has been exclusively
hand built for the Glynsky and Pete Diablog to help
and assist you with any Tech news and information that
we may introduce in the New Year.

I am proud to say I had some input in her final finishing
touches, but let’s not talk about that right now.

I have always been interested in Robots, and having
worked with some in the past, have always thought
they had not advanced as much as I thought they
would have by now.

This is with the possible exception of our new model
shown above, who has yet to be named.

Glynsky is a prime example of the old technology,
unreliable, restricted, with tendencies to malfunction,
and occasionally explode.

I was reading some Tech article that tells us newer models
are on their way, and soon the Glynsky mark 1
will be replaced and hopefully binned.

  1. What great news Pete, and broken by you without wind for once! She’ll never replace Christina, but welcome ‘alongside’ in the HQ at any time. The only robots I know of play for a team over Tottenham way – ever heard? Keep me posted – I cant wait to be at the commissioning trials.

  2. Just had another look at this – have no idea why. Just thought I would tell you that there is no such word (in English grammar ER, don’t quote your over the pond crap) as ‘firstly’.

  3. What a load of bollox coming from the man who can’t spell or remember his own name.
let me quote from the internet dictionary
Usage Note: It is well established that either first or firstly can be used to begin an enumeration: E.G.
Our objectives are, first (or firstly), to recover from last year’s slump.
